Deletion instructions for Ninja Chat XMPP accounts in the Ninja Chat Android app by Ninja DevOps.

 At Ninja Chat, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, we've outlined the process and important details below:

Steps to Delete Your Ninja Chat Account

 

1. Open the Ninja Chat Android app.

2. Tap the **kabob menu** (three vertical dots) in the top right corner.

3. Select **"Manage accounts"**.

4. Tap on the account you wish to delete.

5. Tap the **kabob menu** again.

6. Select **"Delete account"**.

7. Confirm the deletion in the menu.​

Data Deletion Details

 

Upon deleting your account, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:

​

• Your profile information (including your username, email address, and profile picture)

• Your entire chat history​

​

Retention Period

 

Your account deletion will be processed immediately. However, some data may be retained for a longer period if required by law, for legal business purposes, or as part of our backup processes.

Remember, deleting your account is a permanent action that can't be undone. If you change your mind in the future, you would need to create a new account.
